From classroom discussions and demonstrations to hands-on training, you’ll explore how dogs think and learn, understand the relationship between dog and handler, study the science behind training methods, and develop foundational knowledge on specialized training applications.

If you are a student going through Tarheel Canine’s dog training school or a Kennelwood Academy program, you have the opportunity to join Koru K9 through a paid mentorship right out of school. Our top in-home trainers have the ability to make $𝟭𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬+ a year.

Koru K9 takes care of the daily administrative side of dog training with the best office team in the business. We take care of all of your marketing, advertising, social media, bookings, customer service, and more. All you need to do is train dogs and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
