Brittney at Koru K9 is amazing! We just completed our 1st in home training session after getting Dwight back from the 3 week board and train program. Dwight is a 11-month old Golden Retriever and Cocker Spaniel mix that needed general obedience/manners training. We have been extremely happy with the program thus far and look forward to continuing our training sessions.
While Dwight was boarding we received countless instructional videos and texts from Brittney with updates on his progress. It was great to have that communication with her and an opportunity to better understand what the training entailed. After being gone for 3 weeks, Dwight returned a different dog – in a good way! He is still his same sweet and playful self, but he is calmer, less needy, and overall more enjoyable to be around. The foundation was clearly laid for Dwight and we just need to work to maintain his good behavior.
One of the things I have been most impressed with about Brittney is her ability to teach the owners how to train and correct their dog. She is extremely patient and does a great job of walking you through exactly how to execute a command. We have also appreciated Brittney’s willingness to answer our many questions via text and video now that Dwight has returned home. She really cares about her clients (owners & dogs) and wants you to succeed!
