We have a red heeler and Pyrenees mix named Fawn. We had a problem with food aggression and obedience. We have grandchildren who visit often so it was important to address these issues. Sierra was our trainer and she made it possible for us to keep our sweet girl. Fawn was in the 3 week board and train sessions with Sierra. She trained Fawn using the e-collar and then trained us how to use it. That was a game changer!! Sierra was patient , kind and communicated with us through texts , pictures and phone calls. We would highly recommend her. She showed us how to effectively use the e-collar and continue working on the food aggression. Sierra was such a blessing to our family and we are so thankful for everything she did!

Jessica is the most amazing trainer ever! I have been to many trainers with my dog and she was incredible! I really had lost hope and if this training didn’t work was going to have to find another owner for Waylon because his reactivity was so incredibly bad I couldn’t have anyone over and it was embarrassing taking him out he was bark like crazy at anyone or dogs and then react back at me biting me. He is so amazing after Jessica’s training we did the 3 week stay and train and now I’ve had Waylon back for 2 weeks and have been able to take him out and around people and he has been amazing letting people pet him and not bark and not once has he reacted back at me. Thank you so much Jessica! I wish I found you sooner! Best trainer ever!! Dallas, Texas location of training

Lorie was amazing with all of her exercises to help us. Everything was tailored to my dog for what he needed and everything unfolded exactly how she predicted. 10/10 and will likely use again.
We had a wonderful experience with Lindsey from Koru K9. We have a six-year-old Australian Shepherd and an eight-month-old Australian Shepherd who both needed some solid training — plus we have a newborn, so finding the right person to handle things in one shot was a must. Also, finding someone who would come pick up the dog was so convenient. We are in Mill Valley and she came from Santa Rosa so he was relatively close 🙂
We’re absolutely thrilled with Lindsey and all the work she did with Gizmo, our intact puppy. Working with an unfixed dog is no small task! He ended up staying with her for about a month, and her property was perfect — tons of space in the backyard where he could run and play. She also trains guide dogs for the blind, which made us feel even more confident that he was in the hands of the best of the best.
She sent us biweekly updates, was always responsive, and truly made the whole “sending your dog away” part so much easier. Of course we missed him and would prefer to have him with us always, but Lindsey kept us informed and genuinely made us feel good about the experience.
She was incredibly patient, walking us through everything we needed to know — because let’s be honest, sometimes we need just as much training as the dogs, lol.
Would 100% recommend her to anyone.
We cannot thank Shane enough for the life-changing impact he has had on our dog, Scooby. Scooby is a rescue from Miami, FL, a Catahoula Leopard Dog with a sweet, eager-to-please personality. When we first adopted him, he was the definition of a happy-go-lucky pup. But after moving to New York City, we started noticing a gradual shift. Big city life brought out fearfulness we had never seen before, and with that came unpredictable behavior. Eventually, Scooby developed a bite history, and we reached a point where we were heartbroken and seriously considering putting him down.
When we contacted Shane, he was straightforward and honest and never made unrealistic promises. But he believed Scooby could be helped, and that was the hope we desperately needed. After six weeks of working with Shane, Scooby came back to us as the dog we remembered: confident, joyful, and trusting again.
Shane did not just work with Scooby. He worked with us. He taught us how to read Scooby’s signals, emphasized the importance of structure, and showed us how to create an environment where Scooby could feel safe and secure. It turns out we were the ones who needed the most training, and Shane guided us with patience and clarity.
Every time we look at Scooby now, we are reminded of how close we came to losing him and how grateful we are that Shane stepped in. He did not just train our dog. He gave us our family member back. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
