We had a great experience working with Koru! The office staff early on was attentive and supportive, and our trainer Chris was awesome to work with throughout. He was clear, straightforward, and great at helping us understand the psychology underlying some of our dog’s behaviors.
Our main goal was to try and train our adult goldendoodle out of his separation anxiety, but as Chris made clear to us early on, that wasn’t entirely possible in our time frame. While we did make some improvements in that area, the anxiety remains. We did however learn a lot about things to work on moving forward that will hopefully result in a breakthrough in the future. The separation anxiety in Covid pups is extremely difficult to get past.
Aside from that, Chris and Koru helped us to greatly improve our dog’s walking manners, barking and anxiety in public, kennel training, and commands like down, touch, and place.
