Katelyn, who is in the Denver area was an excellent trainer. My two husky boys started to not get along all of the sudden and it got to the point where they couldn’t even be in the same room together without getting in a full-on fight. It got to the point where we needed to seek out professional help because it was affecting our everyday lives and no mater what we did, they wouldn’t listen to us. We did a four week board & training program with Katelyn and they came back having learned self-control and better walking skills. They still aren’t to how they once were, and maybe they never will be, but Katelyn allowed us to be able to live our lives with them again. They learned a strong command called “place” and they will stay on their ‘places’ (dog cots) no matter what when that is commanded. With that command, they can once again be in the same room together. Aggression may always be something that needs to be managed, but at least now it is manageable. And we couldn’t have done that without Katelyn.
