My 3.5 year old German Shepherd went to board/train with Rich Cassens for 4 weeks. We had moved from a home into an apartment and the dog was struggling to adapt.
Rich was fantastic throughout the 4 weeks, sending tons of videos, photos, and information. When our dog came home it was clear he had made a huge amount of progress. We’re continuing with the training at home with Rich’s guidance, and our dog continues to greatly improve.
We have nothing but amazing things to say about Rich/Koru, and have already booked a week long refresher for later this summer. Thanks to everyone, but a very special thanks to Rich for doing such an amazing job.
