“I worked with Heather Dodd, and she was amazing! My dog Rogue is reactive towards other dogs. Before her training, she was very tense and hard to read, now she wakes up wagging her tail and constantly looking to me or my boyfriend for directions on what to do next.
Since her training, I am now able to take Rogue on heavily trafficked hikes and camping trips. Not only did Heather help put Rogue on the right track but she also helped me become more confident training Rogue. I was very timid and did not have the confidence to direct Rogue in the right direction. She taught me a lot about paying attention to my dog’s body language and timing. She always answered and questions I had via email or in person and you can tell she really cares and wants to support YOU and your dog.
This process has been a lot of work and will continue to be a lot of work, but it has been the BEST experience! If someone is willing to put in the work long term this program is wonderful and if you live in San Diego County, Heather will help you and your pup be the best you can be.”
