John is a godsend. He patiently worked with our dog’s strengths to bring out his confidence, always highlighting a positive response in order to gain trust to allow for a more solid foundation for training to be established. Our dog was truly treated as part of the family, accepted for who he was as well as lovingly cared for and protected.
John also pointed us in the right direction as to the proper tools needed to continue our dog’s training at home. No question was too small and answered without judgment.
Though much work is still left to be done, we look forward to days ahead knowing we will not be alone in this process.
